Jacquelyn & Michelle – We live to Cruise!
We both love to travel and we have a great time when we travel together. Our first cruise together was the summer of 2006 when we cruised from Seattle to Alaska. Our group consisted of 6 ladies – Michelle and Jacquelyn, Grandma, Aunt Ande, Cousins Junith and Blythe. What a great trip!
Here we are getting ready to sail to Alaska – Don’t we look cute with our life jackets on?
Icy Strait Point, Alaska
- Mendenhall Glacier – Juneau, Alaska
March 2008 – We spent a few days in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic before our cruise and spent the day with a local guide, touring the area – beautiful churches, Los Tres Ojos caves, and the Christopher Columbus lighthouse.
Santo Domingo - 1st Church in the Americas
- Santo Domingo – Presidential Palace – The “Pink” House
We joined 11 other ladies from across the country for a Ladies Only Cruise. We sailed from the Dominican Republic to the Southern Caribbean, soaking up the sun and the island life.
Bon Voyage - Sailing away to Southern Caribbean
- St. Kitts
We’re Worlds Apart here. Michelle is standing on the Atlantic Ocean side and Jacquelyn is on the Caribbean Sea side. Cool, huh?
- Barbados – A fabulous island
We loved Barbados. We had an amazing tour of the island – sugar cane fields, beaches, beautiful scenery and gardens, visited an old sugar plantation.
St. Lucia - The Pitons
We had a great tour of St. Lucia – Soufriere Volcano Sulphur Springs, The Pitons, the beaches, Botanical Gardens, banana farm, local lunch. Our tour guide was so awesome.
