In addition to fabric, quilting notions, threads and patterns, we are an authorized Bernina Dealer. We also carry a wide array of beads, decorative buttons and embellishments, embroidery threads (Isacord and Madeira) and machine embroidery designs in multi-format. We offer quilting services and sewing machine repair service that can take care of all makes and models.

THE YANKEE QUILTER has been a favorite shop in New England for the past 16 years.Barbara & Cheryl are sisters and were born & raised in family businesses. Having worked together several times, they talked frequently of opening another family business. Barbara has been a sewer and quilter for years and has had a professional background in Human Resources and Finance. Cheryl’s background in computers makes them a great team. We have a wonderful staff which includes Dawn Bakies, Phyllis Budris, Lynne Koehler, Erin Koehler and Janet Stocking, as well as many freelance teachers. Look for their bios in this area soon!
